In 1989, Horst Pacha, who himself had been active in mechanical engineering for electronics production since the early 1970s, founded the company Pacha Fördertechnik with his son, based in Pfaffenweiler.

In 2000, Ralph Pacha took over the business and since then has successfully steered the company towards the future.

As a practice-oriented managing director and specialist for tricky requirements, he established himself with his company worldwide and is today one of the market leaders among the system suppliers for the electronics industry.

For three decades now, Mr Hirsch has been at home in the world of electronics manufacturers. For more than 20 years, he worked as a service technician all over the world. He installed, repaired and maintained systems, some of which he had built and wired himself as a trained industrial mechanic. The focus was always on automation and special solutions.

For 10 years now, he has been making a name for himself in the industry as a solution-oriented sales engineer with his well-founded specialist knowledge and a large number of innovative and value-added projects. Our customers appreciate his competence and authenticity.

Due to his 25 years of experience as a technician in special machine construction, Mr Huber is a specialist in finding solutions and designing systems.

Mr. Huber is an important pillar of our company, not only due to his former work as a designer and project manager, but also due to his worldwide assignments with well-known electronics companies.

Due to his leadership qualities, he is also the head of our technical departments and, together with his team, ensures that our plant concepts are realised in perfect condition and according to our quality standards.
