These tasks await you

  • Responsibility for the active sales of our machines and special equipment in the Northern sales region (Northern Germany and Scandinavia)
  • Strategic support, further development of our customers and acquisition of new customers
  • Establishing long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker level
  • Identification of cross-selling and upselling potential
  • Creation and presentation of tailor-made offers and solutions
  • Close cooperation with internal departments such as product management, marketing and technology
  • Technical advice to customers and support throughout the entire sales process – from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the contract
  • Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and specialist events
  • Market and competition analysis for the development of new sales strategies

You should have the following background

  • Completed degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of electronics manufacturing equipment; alternatively, experience in technical sales, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
  • Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex solutions
  • Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial approach
  • Willingness to travel and high level of self-motivation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
