These tasks await you
- Responsibility for the active sales of our machines and special equipment in the Northern sales region (Northern Germany and Scandinavia)
- Strategic support, further development of our customers and acquisition of new customers
- Establishing long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker level
- Identification of cross-selling and upselling potential
- Creation and presentation of tailor-made offers and solutions
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as product management, marketing and technology
- Technical advice to customers and support throughout the entire sales process – from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the contract
- Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and specialist events
- Market and competition analysis for the development of new sales strategies
You should have the following background
- Completed degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of electronics manufacturing equipment; alternatively, experience in technical sales, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex solutions
- Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial approach
- Willingness to travel and high level of self-motivation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
